- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that delays may occur due to customs processing or unforeseen circumstances. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location. Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of receipt. If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@farmerteas.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
