Panda Gaiwan Teapot - Handcrafted Rock Mineral Clay, 200ml Zen Wabi-Sabi Style

Celebrating the whimsical charm of nature, this 200ml panda-shaped teapot merges playful biomimetic design with the raw elegance of ancient岩矿 (rock mineral) clay. Handcrafted in mainland China using time-honored手拉胚 (wheel-throwing) techniques, the teapot is sculpted to depict a panda resting on bamboo or cradling a stalk—a symbol of peace and harmony in Chinese culture.

The (rock mineral) clay, blended with natural ores like turquoise and red agate, undergoes a high-temperature reduction firing process (up to 1300°C), creating a porous structure that softens water and enriches tea flavors. Each piece emerges with a one-of-a-kind  (glaze) pattern—swirls of jade green, iron rust, and mineral speckles—that mimics weathered stone, embodying the  (wabi-sabi) philosophy of beauty in imperfection.
