Youle Huangshancha Forest Puer Tea is cultivated in the ancient forests of Youle Mountain, where century-old tea trees grow in harmony with the lush natural surroundings. The leaves are carefully handpicked by local farmers during the early spring harvest, ensuring they retain their vibrant flavor and aromatic properties.

After harvesting, the leaves are withered under natural sunlight to reduce moisture and then gently pan-fired to halt oxidation. The tea is either sun-dried and pressed into cakes for sheng (raw) puer or undergoes a fermentation process for shu (ripe) puer. Both methods capture the essence of Youle Mountain’s unique terroir while allowing the tea to age and develop complex flavors over time.
